NCC/Scout & Guides

A troop of NCC cadets is operating in PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 BSF, which includes 50 cadets. These 50 cadets remain involved in activities under NCC for 2 years. The minimum age of cadets to join NCC has been fixed at 13 years and the next year these cadets participate in a CATC camp organized by the battalion and after that appear in the A certificate examination and obtain the certificate. The NCC unit of the school is operated under 9 MP Battalion. It is a part of the army. NCC classes are conducted 2 days a week which are conducted by the NCC officers of the school and the staff from the battalion. By implementing discipline and unity within NCC, NCC cadets present the outline of a better future for the society and the country.
Similarly, Bharat Scout & Guides also gives the lesser strict form of discipline and unity. Both NCC Cadets & BS&G organize parade on Republic Day, Independence Day and Sports day. All the NCC cadets and BS&G of the school participate in various activities taking place in the school.
