PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 BSF, Indore initiates to appoint 01-counsellor to address the problems faced by students. These counsellors are well trained and competent to deal with the issues related to personal, psychological, social and academic life of the students in school.
These counsellors work with individuals to identify areas of improvement, set realistic goals, and provide strategies to achieve them. This process aids in building self-awareness, self-esteem, and confidence, which are vital attributes for personal development.
Students get comprehensive advice on careers, courses, and jobs that enable them to make a proper and informed choice and understand what they can do after they are done with school. It allows students to talk to teachers about various experiences that make them uncomfortable. Additionally, teachers take counseling sessions along with formal teaching. Some experts are also invited to address specific issues.
